From August 2004, our journey will take us through Europe (France, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria and Turkey), south (via Syria and Jordan), past the Egyptian Pyramids and into the Sahara desert of Sudan – undoubtedly the most dangerous part of the expedition. The adventure will continue in Ethiopia and then south into Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro on the way. We will continue down into Zambia, Malawi, Botswana, Mozambique, Swaziland and finally into South Africa. You’re probably thinking
by now that this is just some ludicrous fantasy. Rest assured, this
is no joke. It is a well thought-out, serious proposal that has
been under consideration for well over two years. |
